The number of participants varies according to the topic/speaker. The presentation is open to all students of the University of St.Gallen (HSG) and registration is not required. This means you can present your company to a broad audience made up of future master’s students.

Interviews

This session gives you the chance to hold initial interviews with selected students. We recommend composing a job description in advance (for example a trainee position or an internship in M&A) to ensure you receive applications from students with the right profiles.

You will then receive applications from students, select those who are a suitable match for your company and who you would like to meet. You invite them to an interview. You may divide the session according to the number of candidates you are meeting.

Confect & Connect

In this session lasting 2 hours and 30 minutes, you and a group of students chosen by you will work together to create a range of pralines or sushi delicacies in a relaxed and informal setting. You will also have around 50 minutes to deliver a presentation, either before or after the session.

Students interested in attending this session will be required to submit an application and you will be able to select the most promising candidates among them. The course is limited to 16 participants (including your company representatives) and will take place at a predetermined cookery school in the centre of St. Gallen, under the expert guidance of the Migros Klubschule. If there is space, you can book a second cookery studio and host the event for 32 participants.

Escape Room

For the Banking Days 2017 we are offering a one of a kind evening event. You and a group of students chosen by you will visit the Escape Company in the city of St. Gallen, which is known for its unique entertainment program. In 3 groups of maximum 18 persons (including 3 company representatives), you will be sent on different missions. You have to make your way through several rooms within 1 hour by solving different riddles without being given any hint at the beginning of the game. This session is a great opportunity to get to know the students better by learning more about their creativity, team spirit and performance under time pressure.
